Showtimes for Soul on Fire are Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 7:00 PM, with a Sunday matinee at 1:00 PM and a Wednesday matinee at 2:00 PM.
Soul on Fire is a 2025 American biographical film about John O'Leary, a real-life St. Louis native who survived fire burns which covered his entire body. This faith-based drama tells the true story of how O’Leary defied the odds after a fire left him extensively burned at age 9, with less than 1% chance of surviving.
There is a strong message of courage, perseverance, humility, resilience, family, faith, discovering what it means to live and how to be worthy of the life you’ve been given. John is surrounded by influential people including his positive, faithful father, Dennis and sports announcer Jack Buck He is inspired to be a better man and make his life matter.
It is directed by Sean McNamara based on a screenplay by Gregory Poirier that adapted O'Leary's book On Fire, The 7 Choices to Ignite a Radically Inspired Life. The film stars Joel Courtney, the latter portrays O'Leary, John Corbett, Stéphanie Szostak, Masey McLain, DeVon Franklin, and William H. Macy.
Soul on Fire is distributed by Sony Pictures Releasing and is rated PG for thematic content, including depictions of burn injuries and serious accident, which can be frightening. Common Sense Media recommends it for ages 8+. The running time is 112 minutes.
